International open-label randomised phase 3 trial (NCT06625320): 500 patients with previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, 91.8% with RAS G12 mutations, assigned to daraxonrasib or investigator's-choice chemotherapy. Median overall survival 13.2 vs 6.7 months in the overall population (HR 0.40); median progression-free survival 7.2 vs 3.6 months (HR 0.49). Grade 3 or higher adverse events 61.8% vs 69.6%.
