Cookie Policy

Version 1.0·Last updated: May 22, 2026

TL;DR: we store technical cookies for login and anonymous analytics. We do not sell data and do not use third-party advertising cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. They remember things like your login session, language preference, and where you stopped reading. Related technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage — are also covered by the word «cookies» in this document.

2. Which cookies Lonevi uses

Technical (required): session id, login JWT, UI language, cookie consent. Without these the site doesn't work.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4): anonymous visit counters, viewed pages, traffic source. We use them to understand what to improve.

Third-party marketing cookies: we don't use any. No Meta, TikTok, Yandex, or similar ad pixels.

3. Analytics and Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 — a Google LLC (USA) product. GA4 stores data anonymously, without identifying a specific user by name. The IP address is processed with masking (anonymizeIp). Data is transferred to the United States. See Privacy Policy for cross-border transfer details.

4. How to opt out

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. After that Lonevi login will stop working (these are technical cookies). You can opt out of analytics cookies separately — for GA4 use Google's official opt-out plugin.

5. Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Login cookies live for 30 days. Consent cookies — 180 days. GA4 analytics cookies — up to 14 months per Google's settings.

6. Policy changes

If we change this document, we update the version and date at the top. Material changes are shown in a banner on your next login.
