Exploratory subgroup analysis of the double-blind SURPASS-CVOT trial (NCT04255433) by history of heart failure (20.3%). All-cause death or HF hospitalisation/urgent visit, tirzepatide vs dulaglutide: HR 0.83 (0.70-0.99) with HF, 0.88 (0.78-1.00) without; MACE-3 did not differ. Funded by Eli Lilly.
