Oral RAS(ON) multiselective tri-complex inhibitor of the active, GTP-bound state of mutant and wild-type RAS. In the open-label phase 3 RASolute 302 trial (500 adults with previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma) median overall survival was 13.2 vs 6.7 months versus investigator's-choice chemotherapy (HR 0.40). EMA's CHMP recommended EU authorisation on 15 October 2026 for adults with metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma after at least one prior systemic therapy.
