Retrospective evaluation of two FDA-cleared Aidoc BriefCase algorithms in a 17-facility US academic health system: PE triage on 30678 CTPA (sensitivity 86.8%, specificity 99.1%; subsegmental 72.9%, non-acute 65.3%) and incidental PE on 37191 contrast CT (sensitivity 73.5%, specificity 99.8%). Reference standard: radiology reports labelled by a validated LLM pipeline.
