Open-label phase 1/2a study sponsored by Aspen Neuroscience: dopamine-neuron precursor cells made from each participant's own reprogrammed skin cells, with planned dose escalation in about 9 adults aged 40 to 75. Primary outcome: safety at one year. Enrolling by invitation.
