exPDite-2 (bemdaneprocel) in Parkinson's disease

Phase 3 trial sponsored by BlueRock Therapeutics, designed to randomise about 102 adults aged 45 to 75 with Parkinson's disease 2:1 to bemdaneprocel or sham surgery, with participants, investigators and assessors blinded. Primary outcome: daily time with good symptom control and without troublesome dyskinesia (patient diary) at 78 weeks.
